Lindsay Guest House is a listed red sandstone Victorian building of great character, and has been sympathetically and tastefully decorated throughout preserving many original features of the house. It maintains a high standard of cleanliness and delights guests with attention to detail and finishing touches.
Located in the highly desirable and quiet residential area of Merchiston, and with the added attraction of the Union Canal at the rear, two buses directly outside take 10-15 minutes into the town Centre and all the major attractions Edinburgh has to offer. Alternatively you could take a leisurely walk along the Canal into town - approximately 20-30 minutes.

The Craiglockhart Sports Centre and both Myreside and Meggetland playing fields are within walking distance as are the Napier University Campuses at Merchiston, Craiglockhart and Craighouse. It is also well placed for buses to Herriot Watt University's Riccarton Campus.
